5.Platform steel grating plate serging welding standard: Series 1 each five welds; Series 2 each four welds; series 3 every three welds. The welded joint is not smaller than 3mm one-sided angle welding, welded joint long 20mm.
Compound steel grating plate:
1.The compound steel grating plate consists of steel grating plate with certain loading ability and surface seal retreader.
2.After hot dip zinc treatment, the compound steel grating plate will warp and distort because of the heat, espacially the great model steel grating plate, difficult to smooth; please note the shaping.
3.The compound steel grating plate commonly takes series 3 steel grating plate as basic plate, also can use series 1 or series 2 steel grating plate. Retreader usually uses 3mm plate, also can uses 4mm, 5mm, 6mm plate.

Tolerance of hot dip galvanized steel grating
The allowed deviation of length is +0/-5mm, while the allowed deviation of width is +/-5 mm.
The non-perpendicularity of bearing bar is allowed no more than 10% of width of bearing bar.
Cross bar surface should not surpass bearing bar surface 1mm, beginning & end of cross bar should not surpass the end surfaces of two sides of grating 2mm.
